Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Monitor and record daily banking activity including wires, credit cards, and checks
• Reconcile outstanding checks and maintain accurate bank records
• Manage A/R aging, conduct collections, and resolve discrepancies
• Post payments and apply cash to open accounts
• Process credits and support monthly A/R close activities

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience
• Background in credit and collections
• Proficiency with Excel and standard business applications
• High school diploma required (associate degree preferred)
