Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will provide accurate and timely support for the accounts receivable function within a growing auto dealer group. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to keep financial processes organized and running smoothly in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Post payments and apply receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts and assist with resolving billing discrepancies.
- Track receivables and support collection efforts as needed.
- Maintain clear and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist with billing, account research, and other general accounting support tasks.
- Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts regarding account activity.
Qualifications
- Prior accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, or Dealertrack.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
