Highlights of what our A/R Coordinator will do:

• Prepares monthly billing invoices.
• Coordinates and follows through with clients to receive checks in a timely manner
• Maintains the aging report and index client invoices
• Coordinates releases and other supporting documentation for invoice submittal.
• Completes supplier & labor releases for billing
• Inputs some contract information (Schedule of values) into Timberline
• Provides customer service to clients by resolving problems and inquiries.
• Performs public relations to clients to maintain long-term relationships.
• Assists with other projects as needed

Are you the right fit for this role?

• High school diploma or equivalent; or six to twelve months' related experience and/or training
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Strong typing/data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to use effective time-management skills and produce quality results

Additional Information:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Pay Range: $20-$22/Hour
