Accounts Receivable EDI (eCommerce) required

Our Douglasville CHASE Staffing office is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Professional for a company in the Thornton Road/Austell/Fulton Industrial area. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, accurate cash posting, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Must have previous/Recent A/R experience the person's sole position.

Must have strong EDI (eCommerce)

$20-$22+ per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies

• Perform daily AR transactions including verifying, posting, and recording data

• Reconcile accounts receivable aging reports

• Prepare and process bank deposits

• Contact customers to collect outstanding balances

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies

• Generate reports detailing AR status

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account issues

• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recent, verifiable Accounts Receivable experience

• Experience within a distribution or manufacturing environment REQUIRED

• Strong job stability with longevity at previous positions REQUIRED

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Experience with collections and cash posting

Additional Requirements

• This is an IN-OFFICE position (NOT remote)

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Must have reliable transportation
