Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role involves managing invoicing and customer payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and maintaining effective communication with customers to facilitate timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and tracking invoices for customers.
• Processing and applying customer payments accurately.
• Reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Managing customer communication to ensure timely payments.
• Handling billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Generating financial reports for management review.
• Driving healthy cash flow and reducing outstanding debts.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.

Benefits

Competitive salary with a pay range from $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
