Accounts Receivable Lead

Professional services company located near Pasadena is looking for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Lead / Supervisor. While overseeing the work of a small team, the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Lead / Supervisor will be responsible for high-volume accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes. Additional duties include reviewing client collection efforts, updating the aging report, and handling client billing. The Receivable (A/R) Lead / Supervisor will also create management reports, respond promptly to customer inquiries, keep management and departments updated on past due accounts, as well as prepare and generate accurate cash flow reports for management review.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least five years of accounts receivable or billing experience with a professional services organization (i.e., law firm, public accounting, consulting, software as a service - SaaS, etc.) with client billing.
• Management or supervisory experience is required.
• Solid career tenure is important.
• Good MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.) skills are important.
• Excellent problem solving skills are also required.
• Hands-on leader with strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment is essential.
• Multi-tasking skills are critical.
• $70 - 75k.
