Accounts Receivable Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR department in a fast-paced, multi-entity organization. What You'll Do
Lead and manage all Accounts Receivable operations to ensure timely collections and accurate cash application.
Improve and streamline the entire AR lifecycle by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Build strong relationships with customers to understand payment processes and proactively resolve collection issues.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing disputes and improve collection performance.
Escalate delinquent or high-risk accounts as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
Develop and maintain accurate weekly cash flow forecasts.
Prepare AR reports and performance metrics that help leadership make informed financial decisions.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and accounts receivable best practices.
Mentor, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Cross-train team members to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience working in high-volume, multi-entity environments.
Strong ERP system experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build positive customer relationships.
