AR ManagerThe company is a medium-sized CPG organization that prides itself on delivering exceptional products and services. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, it offers a stable and rewarding work environment for its team members.Job DescriptionManage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.Experience with Big Box clientsMonitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment discrepancies.Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounts receivable systems and tools.Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the accounting and finance department.Support the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
