Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative III
Type of Engagement: 3-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Nashville, TN or Phoenix, AZ

8am-5pm (M-F) (First 1-2 weeks will be FULLY on site while training)Shift requirements: 8am-5pm (M-F) (First 1-2 weeks will be FULLY on site while training)

3 days in 2 days at home. We are lenient on the selected days in office. Once converted to an FTE, will dictate the potential for an extra day at home

Job Overview:

The accounts receivable coordinator is typically responsible for all aspects of the account department. This includes processing customer invoicing and other administrative duties.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Normally, an accounts receivable coordinator is responsible for correctly processing and recording customer payments and checks on a regular basis.
  • They also must be a good communicator to work with the customers and get payment for overdue invoices.
  • Additionally, they must know how to use relevant software programs for processing invoices and recording data; they also should know how to resolve discrepancies related to invoices.
  • Also, these coordinators need to be able to answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • They also need to be able to perform any back-up duties as needed with the accounting team and be able to support that team with project-based assignments.

Required Skills & Experience:
 
  • The typical accounts receivable coordinator needs to have strong customer service skills and must be able to form good relationships with their customers.
  • He or she needs to be able to work independently and be skilled in basic computer software (such as the Microsoft Office suite).
  • In terms of educational requirements, employers typically ask for a minimum of a high school degree with accounting experience.

Big Bonus Points if you Have:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
  • Skills: Self-starter, motivated, hard worker, investigative, inquisitive, team oriented.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
