Are you a collections pro who loves solving problems and keeping accounts on track? We're looking for an AR Specialist to join a growing team in Santa Fe Springs!
Spend most of your day managing collections (65%) and building positive customer relationships
Respond to customer questions about invoices and account balances
Verify and post payments accurately
Follow up on overdue accounts and help resolve payment discrepancies
Process and review credit applications
Assist with Accounts Payable (20%) when needed
Manage consignment accounts (15%) and ensure accurate account maintenance
