Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's receivables process, ensuring timely collections, accurate record keeping, and smooth financial operations. This role requires someone who is comfortable handling large volumes of transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and technology oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and collections activities

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances

• Maintain accurate payment records and account reconciliations

• Process and track invoices and payments

• Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries and payment status

• Assist with financial reporting and documentation

• Maintain organized accounting records and files

Qualifications:

• Prior accounts payable experience required

• Accounts receivable experience strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems

• Excellent communication and follow up abilities

• Ability to manage large volumes of transactions accurately

• Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
