A well-established agriculture company in the Bakersfield area is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, long-standing operation where your work directly supports a fast-moving, essential industry.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day AR functions while working closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processing
• 
  
• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
• 
  
• Post customer payments and reconcile accounts
• 
  
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
• 
  
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• 
  
• Partner with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
• 
  
• Support month-end close related to AR functions
• 
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• 
  
• Agriculture, manufacturing, or similar industry experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• 
  
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems (a plus)
• 
  
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities
