OverviewHMT is looking for an AR Specialist who will be responsible for processing invoices on a daily basis with a high degree of accuracy. This position will be sitting at reception assisting with answering phones and greeting guests.ResponsibilitiesAnswers and transfers phone callsWelcomes and directs visitors and clients.Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.Must be able to bill timely and accurately according to contract termsCommunicate effectively with project managers and customersAbility to determine billing terms by reviewing contractsMaintain up-to-date daily billingsT&M invoicingPercent complete invoicingTrack InvoicingMaintain accounts receivable customer filesProtect the Company by keeping information confidentialAccomplishes all accounting reporting and responsibilities as requiredCode and enter all corporate accounts payableManage all incoming and outgoing emails for the Corporate Accounts Payable mailboxQualifications & EducationExperience:3+ years accounts receivable and general accounting experienceHigh School diploma or GEDPreferably experience in construction industry including ARIBA and Track systemsKnowledge of Accounts ReceivableKnowledge of general bookkeeping proceduresStrong Excel and Word skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAccounting backgroundInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skills-information managementAble to work with several regionsProblem-solving skillsAbout HMTHMT is the global leader in aboveground storage tank solutions.
