Accounts Receivable Specialist

IDR is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Cherry Creek, Colorado. This role involves managing high-volume customer portfolios within a dynamic industry, emphasizing dispute resolution and relationship building. Position Overview for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments
• Utilize NetSuite as an ERP system to streamline accounts processes
• Handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Support process improvement initiatives within the finance team

Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Industry experience in transportation, telecommunications, aviation, or aerospace
• Proficiency in dispute resolution, building relationships with customers, and documentation consistency
• Expert-level Excel knowledge
• Experience utilizing NetSuite as an ERP system
