Accounts Receivable Specialist (Chinese/English Bilingual Preferred)

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Our recruiting firm, Personnel Services Unlimited, is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Shelby, NC, to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Chinese Language Skills Strongly Preferred
This position works closely with the company’s overseas headquarters on reporting, business analysis, and daily communications. Candidates who can communicate in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) will be given strong consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable transactions and customer payments
- Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections activities
- Perform AR aging analysis and account reconciliations
- Support month-end closing activities
- Prepare ad hoc reports and organize financial data
- Assist with business analysis and reporting requests from headquarters
- Coordinate with internal departments and support finance-related projects
- Assist with audits and other accounting functions as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of accounts receivable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related finance experience preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Associate’s degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Chinese / English (Highly Preferred)
The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with both U.S.-based staff and international headquarters. Strong Chinese language skills (Mandarin preferred) will be highly valued due to the frequent communication, reports, and coordination required with overseas leadership.
