What your future day will look like:
Manage end to end invoicing for project and non-project work through Microsofts customer billing portal.
Review, submit, and track invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Monitor portal activity and resolve submission errors, rejections, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Partner with project managers and internal stakeholders to gather documentation and support accurate billing.
Communicate with customer contacts to address billing questions and maintain positive working relationships.
Support internal reporting, reconciliations, and audit requests related to billing activity.

Type: Temp to hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or billing focused accounting roles
Hands on experience submitting invoices through customer billing or vendor portals
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset
Organized, proactive work style with the ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
