Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview:
Seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, collections, and cash application in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices and post customer payments
Manage AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with customers regarding billing issues
Support month-end close and reporting
Qualifications:
3+ years of AR experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience with ERP/accounting systems
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
