- Manage disputes and deductions.
- Access customer portals and update payment information in SAP.
- Investigate shortages, chargebacks, returns, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Sales Administration, and 3PL partners to resolve issues.
- Reconcile returned products and process credits when appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: - Collections and dispute management experience.
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Advanced Excel skills:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- Macros (preferred)
- Experience using SAP (preferred).
- 2–4 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
- Understanding shipping documents, proof of delivery (POD), and related documentation.
- Experience working with large customer portals (e.g., Best Buy) is a plus.
- Korean Bilingual Requirements
- Read, write, and speak Korean.
- May assist with translations and communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
- Korean candidates should still have at least 1 year of collections/dispute management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree not required.
- Relevant experience is more important than education.

- Candidates who can work independently and minimize repeated explanations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
