About the Opportunity

A creative and rapidly expanding media company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee billing, collections, and cash application functions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with both numbers and customer relationships.

Key Duties

  • Generate and distribute customer invoices
  • Apply and reconcile incoming payments
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain customer account records
  • Prepare AR reporting for management
  • Support month-end close activities related to receivables

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of accounts receivable or billing experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working with accounting software and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
