Vaco is working with a great company looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team!Responsibilities Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' dataPrepare bills, invoices and bank depositsReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all paymentsare accountedfor andproperlyposted.Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issuesFacilitatepayment of invoices dueby sending bill reminders and contacting clientsGenerate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusRequirements and skills Proven working experience in Accounts Receivable (2+ years)Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulationsProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsHeavy Excel experience (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
