Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role focuses on managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate customer account records, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting daily accounts receivable operations.

Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices
- Record incoming payments accurately
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts

- Respond to customer billing inquiries professionally

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, customer service, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
