This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful dealer group!ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with customer Accounts Payable representativesCoordinate and monitor daily order processing and depositsAccurate and timely collections of all Accounts Receivable accountsPrepare monthly Accounts Receivable aging reportsReview customer payment history and report any negative trendsPrimary DutiesAssess new customer credit application requests to form recommendationsCommunication with customers via phone, email, mail, etc.Research and respond to all accounts receivable inquiries in a prompt mannerReview and approve daily credit card ordersPost customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactionsAssist in the review and enhance billing, collection, and cash posting processes for efficiency and best practicesOther finance and accounting tasks, reconciliations, special projects and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsAssociates degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline required; Bachelor's degree preferred3 - 5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable or credit collections would be a plusMust have a solid understanding of basic accounting principlesMust have strong communication skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and work efficientlyAbility to work independently and express sound business judgmentMust have strong Excel spreadsheet abilities as well as Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyMust have attention to fine detail and be highly accurate#J-18808-Ljbffr
