Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage incoming payments, issues customer invoices, and helps maintain accurate financial records
Recording checks, ACH transfers, wire payments and matching them to the correct customer accounts
Checking financial records to resolve discrepancies, missing invoices or short payments
Reviewing aging reports and contacting clients via phone or email regarding overdue balances
Answering client questions about billing, statements or payment history

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist

Prior experience or education in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping or administration
Experience using accounting software

Salary: $45,000-$50,000
