Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities

• 
  
• The AR Specialist will post customer invoices, credits, receipts, and daily cash transactions.
• 
  
• Review aging reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
• 
  
• Investigate payment discrepancies, deductions, and account issues.
• 
  
• The AR Specialist will process customer requests for invoices, statements, and account information.
• 
  
• Support the sales team with return authorizations and related documentation.
• 
  
• The AR Specialist will enter sales contracts, update customer pricing, and assist with intercompany transactions.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

• 
  
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ERP or accounting software experience is a plus.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively in a team environment.
