You will work Monday through Friday in our office from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.Your main tasks will involve receiving payments through different channels such as mail, phone, email, online payments, and bank transfers, and applying them to the appropriate customer accounts. You will also play a key role in researching and resolving any discrepancies that arise with the payments received, which may include contacting customers for clarification. You will be expected to follow up on past due invoices and assisting with timely account resolution while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude.
