Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:



  • Monitor and review AR aging regularly

  • Research and resolve discrepancies

  • Record bank deposits, update cash receipt logs, and post cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger

  • Other responsibilities as needed


Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:



  • 2+ years of accounts receivable experience

  • Excl skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS
