Typical Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments accurately

• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

• Manage billing and invoicing activities

• Research and resolve payment issues, chargebacks, and deductions

• Communicate with customers regarding account status and collections

• Maintain accurate records within ERP and accounting systems

• Partner with accounting, finance, and customer service teams

Common Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Accounting experience

• Strong understanding of cash applications, invoicing, and account reconciliations

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
