Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

What You'll Do as a Accounts Receivable Specialist:- Process customer invoices and perform job costing activities
- Maintain accounts receivable records and ensure aging reports are current and accurate
- Verify invoices for accuracy and proper documentation before payment processing
- Monitor incoming customer payments and apply payments correctly to accounts
- Resolve discrepancies between payments and invoices and investigate billing issues
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, invoices, and payment status
- Assist with journal entries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes
What You Need to Bring to the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience working with accounting software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Previous accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience preferred
