Join us and be a key player in shaping the future of Grimco.Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Inbound and Outbound calls with customers to assist with payments, accounts, collections, etc.Update and enter customer account information in Database Management System – AS400.Enter information into customer account notes, in addition to other data entry tasks.Resending missing invoices and statements to the appropriate accounting contact.Evaluate Sales Tax Certificates (upload to sales tax software system, process tax credits, etc.)Run reports and reconcile customer accounts.QualificationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:1-5 years Accounts Receivable experience.Time management and ability to multitask.Ability to work in a fast paced and open environment.Strong Analytical skills; outstanding attention to detail.Professional Attitude portrayed both in person and over the phone.Bachelors Degree preferredFamiliarity with Avalara and Experian.AS400 data management system experience; CRM database experience preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with the Accounting team as well as independently.BenefitsFull medical, dental, and vision benefits available.
