Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing and established organization in the business services industry. This is a 100% onsite temporary opportunity based in Savage, Minnesota.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a busy accounting team with a high-volume billing backlog. This role is ideal for an organized accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly contribute with minimal supervision. The position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while gaining exposure to a collaborative team and potential long-term employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Accounts Receivable billing accurately and efficiently to reduce an existing billing backlog.
Prepare, review, and maintain customer invoices while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support daily Accounts Receivable operations and maintain current billing workflows.
Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding billing questions and account updates.
Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced accounting environment.
Assist the Accounting Manager with additional accounting support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience processing Accounts Receivable transactions in a professional accounting environment.
Billing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work onsite in Savage, Minnesota, beginning immediately.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$30-$34 per hour
