Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are currently seeking candidates for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at a consumer goods company in Woburn, MA, 01801. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Accounts Receivable/Corporate Collections experience.

This is a 1-year temporary role with an opportunity for extension and/or permanent placement.

Hourly pay rate: Between $23.00-$25.00 (based on relative work experience)

Starts May 12, 2026.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily processing (coding and entering) of customer payments
  • Cash and account reconciliation 
  • Reconcile income payments with outstanding invoices
  • Complete all Cash Transfer Requests
  • Review and input transactions and payments
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to address inquiries and concerns promptly 
  • Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of Accounts Receivable/Corporate Collections experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel
