Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $68,000 – $82,000 DOE

As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor who can lead the receivables function while helping improve processes and support a high-performing accounting team.
This is more than a collections role. You'll oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, mentor staff, and partner with sales and leadership to ensure timely collections and accurate financial reporting.
As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day AR function while serving as a key resource for the accounting department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and building strong customer relationships.
Supervise daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections
Review aging reports and partner with customers to resolve outstanding balances
Reconcile customer accounts and support month-end close activities
Mentor and support AR staff while improving workflows and internal processes
Collaborate with accounting, sales, and leadership to ensure accurate customer billing and reporting
5+ years of accounts receivable experience with previous leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of collections, cash applications, reconciliations, and month-end close
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software
Manufacturing, food production, or distribution experience preferred
