Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years' experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel A/R Accounting
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Team orientated
- Ability to multi task
Job Responsibilities:
- Reconciling daily cash folder
- Processing remote deposits
- Intercompany/HOA invoicing
- Charge back resolution
- Verification of bank deposits and postings
- Recording bank transactions on corresponding spreadsheets
