We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a small accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Generate and distribute customer invoices. Post customer payments efficiently and accurately. Research and resolve account discrepancies or payment issues. Conduct follow-up on overdue accounts and maintain detailed documentation. Utilize Excel for reporting, data entry, and reconciliation. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must be able to onsite, Monday-Friday (full time).
