Accounts Receivables Associate

Job Title: Accounts Receivables Associate
Location: Nashville, TN
Type: Contract
Compensation: $25/hourly
Work Model: Hybrid
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility

Responsibilities

• Process payments made by customers and ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable balances.
• Prepare statements of accounts for customers and respond to basic customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Conduct root cause analysis of late payments and suggest process improvements to enhance collections efficiency.
• Assist in preparing month-end reporting and participate in projects aimed at Accounts Receivable improvement.
• Manage a complex portfolio of customers across Scandinavia, the Middle East, the Far East, and the U.S. Government, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Utilize basic Excel functions such as downloading, organizing data, sorting, VLOOKUP, and creating simple pivot tables.
• Support internal communication through Zoom meetings, email correspondence, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills, especially for external customer interactions via email.
• Proficiency in basic Excel functions including data downloading, organizing, sorting, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule with flexibility.
