Applicants should FIRST complete the Achievers Minnesota Internship Application of Interest ( before responding to this requisition.
The Achievers Internship is a strategy for identifying young leaders and partnering to develop their skills in the interest of cultivating a well-equipped workforce.
Interns engage primarily with their cohort peers during the initial phases of the program and will receive placement in a work experience where they can develop transferable skills.
Must be minimum 18 & maximum 24 years of age.
Ability to comply with all rules, guidelines, and professional conduct set forth by supervisor and by the YMCA.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to fulfill scheduled hours to accomplish assigned duties and tasks.
Willingness to learn and ask questions to enhance the development process.
Must be a MN resident.
