Job Description:
Haider Engineering P.C., a rapidly expanding REI firm, needs ACI Grade I Field Testing Technician and ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector for a PANY&NJ project at Midtown Bus Terminal.
Reporting Facility: Port Authority Midtown Bus Terminal (or various projects as needed)
Duties and Qualifications: (ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector)
- ACI Grade I Certified
- ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector
- Perform rebar inspection
- Verify daily concrete mix designs
- Perform fresh concrete testing and microwave water-to-cement ratio testing
- Perform post-placement inspections
- Identify non-conformances and provide a non-conformance report on an as needed basis
- Take photos to capture all aspects of production on a daily basis
- OSHA 30 certified
- Current with Secure Workers Access Consortium
- Valid Driver's License
