The manager maximizes store revenue and profit through efficient management of all store activities, including selection, training, and ongoing development of coworkers. The manager is also accountable for meeting sales goals and improving processes to increase store sales.CompensationThe Sales Manager – PT position is paid at an hourly rate of $15.74 – $19.09 in accordance with Acima's payroll procedures.
