MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Acquisition Logistic Support Manager to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Join a new and exciting opportunity to support national security by delivering mission-focused IT services for a dynamic and expanding program. In this role, you will provide support in the application and management of integrated logistics activities supporting the installation and fielding of systems. As well as assist projects to comply with acquisition logistics management and life cycle support requirements detailed in the Deployment Management Process.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete processes to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs)
  • Manage and administer Acquisition Logistics Support (ALS) activities for systems deployments, and tracking equipment
  • Complete engagement activities with customers regarding the logistics of their equipment
  • Write documentation to detail field and life cycle support logistic requirements as part of the Deployment Management Process
  • Identify and manage acquisition logistic issues and concerns through resolution as they pertain to the deployment process

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in any technical field is required. 4 years of additional technical experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • 12 years of experience directly related to preparation of various Acquisition Logistic Support documents, of which 6 years' experience with deployment management processes for access, collection and/or exploitation systems and resolution of identified acquisition logistic issues and concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or other ticketing systems

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time
  • Occasionally move within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual meetings, which may include delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00-$214,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
