We are seeking motivated Acquisition Management Support Analysts across multiple experience tiers to provide critical programmatic support on-site at the historic Washington Navy Yard. In this role, you will collaborate with military leaders and technical experts to optimize acquisition strategies, manage sophisticated financial ecosystems, and deliver actionable data analysis. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily programmatic, analytical, and acquisition management support to Program Managers and senior-level executives.
• Deliver detail-oriented management of critical program records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
• Participate in comprehensive administrative tasks, including reviewing, tracking, and submitting formal acquisition reports.
• Leverage strong computer, finance, and analytical skills to streamline project management workflows.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related technical field.
• Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret clearance or demonstrate immediate clearability (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with common enterprise computer systems, financial acumen, and exceptional analytical skills.

Experience & Career Tiering:
We are actively mapping candidates to the following tiers based on experience:
• Associate Tier: Greater than 1 year (>1) of relevant professional acquisition experience.
• Specialist Tier: Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. Requires solid familiarity with DoD/DoN procedures, the DoD 5000 process, and Navy PEO major acquisition frameworks.
• Senior/Principal Tier: 10–15+ years of senior-level defense acquisition experience managing high-consequence Navy systems command portfolios.
