Job Description

MDW Associates is seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst to support acquisition-program planning and execution by preparing decision-quality analyses, technical documentation, status materials, and stakeholder coordination for a complex Department of War organization. This role helps programs maintain sound requirements, baselines, and execution visibility.This role supports a federal organization responsible for personnel security, mission assurance, and protection of sensitive work environments. This position is remote eligible; periodic on-site support in Quantico, Virginia may be required based on mission needs.The Acquisition Program Analyst may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties:Develop, maintain, and communicate acquisition-program documentation, studies, analyses, scenarios, reports, and templates.Support preparation and review of program baselines, requirements documents, milestone and decision-point materials, test plans, white papers, and program reports.Analyze cost, schedule, performance, and risk data; prepare executive-level program status briefings and assessment reports.Coordinate meetings, integrated product teams, working groups, and program reviews; prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and action-item trackers.Assist with requirements development, stakeholder coordination, and technical editing of briefs and acquisition documentation.Required Experience/Skills:Experience supporting acquisition documentation, program management, requirements analysis, or contract lifecycle activities.Strong analytical, technical-writing, stakeholder-coordination, and Microsoft Office skills.This position requires U.S. citizenship in accordance with applicable government contract requirements.Preferred Experience/Skills:Experience supporting federal acquisition programs, integrated product teams, or capability/requirements development.Familiarity with DoD acquisition policy, DAWIA, or program-management methods.Education Requirement(s):Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement support.Security Requirement(s):Candidates for this position must have an Active US Security Clearance (Secret).Company DescriptionIncorporated in 2012, MDW is a small business headquartered in McLean, VA with offices in Huntsville, AL.
