Acquisition Program Integrator, Senior

The Opportunity:

Are you seeking an opportunity to support space and SATCOM sustainment programs while shaping modern, agile‑oriented acquisition strategies? Do you understand the program management lifecycle and know how to drive vendor performance through agile‑structured requests for proposals (RFPs), capacity-based requirements, and technical evaluations?

As a mid‑level Acquisition Program Integrator, you'll work alongside mission partners to develop, evaluate, and execute acquisition artifacts that drive effective sustainment, modernization, and integration of SATCOM systems. You'll support program planning, coordinate across engineering and contracting teams, manage documentation, and ensure acquisition activities align with enterprise standards and mission needs. You'll advise leadership on structuring sustainment contracts that accommodate continuous integration, iterative updates, and shifting backlog priorities. You'll draft, review, and refine acquisition packages tailored for agile execution. You'll serve as the translator between technical agile engineering teams and Government Contracting Officers (COs) to ensure technical agility remains FAR compliant. You'll drive vendor performance through Agile-structured evaluation criteria and technical assessments.

Contribute to maintaining resilient, adaptable SATCOM capabilities in support of national defense.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in DoD program management, navigating the acquisition lifecycle, and supporting program milestone reviews
  • 5+ years of experience with direct implementation of agile methodologies, including program increment (PI) planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
  • 3+ years of experience applying agile concepts to sustainment contracting, such as O&M or PBL
  • 3+ years of experience drafting agile-driven RFPs, SOOs, or modular acquisition artifacts
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business field
  • SAFe Practitioner (SP) or SAFe for Government certification
  • CSM, PMP, APDP PM Level I certification, or ICAgile certification

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting space, SATCOM, ground-system programs, or digital-engineering environments
  • 1+ years of experience with basic cost or pricing analysis, evaluating Agile labor rates, reviewing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, and assisting with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
  • 1+ years of experience with configuration management, technical baselines, risk management frameworks, or enterprise working groups
  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
