David Reyes Insurance and Financial Services is looking for a professional, energetic Team Member to join our growing agency.  In this role, you'll build client relationships, identify needs, and provide insurance and financial solutions that help individuals, families and business owners protect what matters most.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and schedule appointments with new and existing customers.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Conduct need-based conversations to identify insurance and financial service opportunities.
• Educate customers on products and recommend appropriate solutions. 
• Support agency marketing and community outreach efforts.
• Work with the agent and team to meet sales and services goals.
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience at every interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to meet ar exceed goals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Property & Casualty License (current or willing to obtain)
• Life & Health License (current or willing to obtain)
• Dependable, professional, and committed to integrity.
