What You’ll Do:


  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct at least 5 daily sales presentations to prospects
  • Quote and bind insurance policies (Property, Casualty, Life) using company leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service: policy changes, billing, claims, and inquiries
  • Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For:


  • Licensed or able to obtain Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses
  • Tech-savvy and computer literate
  • Coachable, quick learner with a passion for helping clients
  • Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills
  • Experience in insurance sales, auto sales, real estate, or related fields a plus
