Nick Albernas State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing new business. This is a production-driven role for someone who is competitive, resilient, and motivated by results.

Licensing Requirements (Full Licensing Required)


Active Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 start in the office.


Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting.


Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
  • Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline
  • Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Follow up aggressively and consistently to convert quotes into bound policies
  • Track daily activity, pipeline metrics, and production results
  • Collaborate with team members to exceed agency growth targets
  • Maintain compliance with agency and state insurance regulations

  • Confidence handling objections and closing business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization and disciplined follow-up
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and fast-paced production expectations
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred
  • Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
