Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Agent with a background in State Farm and a strong proficiency in handling internet leads. This position will have a heavy focus on internet lead management, with agents expected to work and receive approximately 40 new internet leads per day. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer-focused, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert a high volume of internet leads (around 40 new leads daily) into new insurance clients.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on auto insurance products tailored to client needs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with State Farm insurance products and processes.
• Proven success in managing and converting internet-generated leads, particularly at high volume.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Compensation:

• Average commission for sales team members is approximately $2,500 per month.
• Top-performing team members are earning as much as $5,000 or more per month.
• Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
