We’re looking for an
experienced insurance sales professional who knows how to prospect, build relationships, uncover customer needs, and close business. If you have a proven background in insurance sales and want an opportunity with strong earning potential, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect through outbound calls, referrals, follow-up, networking, and lead generation
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other applicable insurance products
- Build, manage, and consistently follow up with a strong sales pipeline
- Develop long-term customer relationships while driving new business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals
What We’re Looking For
- Prior insurance sales experience is required
- Proven ability to prospect, quote, follow up, and close insurance business
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, accountable, and coachable
- Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
- Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain
Please note: This position requires previous insurance sales experience. Candidates without prior insurance sales experience will not be considered for this role.
