 Salary listed is base salary based on work experience and how you perform.  However, the position is expected to pay bonus and commission on your production.  So max salary potential $100,000 if you have previous experience and meet premium/production goal objectives. 


Key Responsibilities-The role requires a detail-oriented individual to engage with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with team members 

Qualifications-The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
