Rachel Machin State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated
Acquisitions Specialist who can turn conversations into relationships—and relationships into new business.
This is a
fully remote, performance-driven sales position for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their day. You'll connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, follow up consistently, and guide them toward insurance and financial products that provide meaningful value.
Remote doesn't mean disconnected. You'll be part of a close-knit, competitive team with regular coaching, clear goals, and accountability. We're looking for someone who can stay focused, productive, and engaged without needing a manager physically beside them.
What Success Looks Like
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective customers
- Connect with leads through phone, text, email, referrals, and networking
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow up consistently and confidently ask for the business
- Build trust and create long-term customer relationships
- Manage your schedule and daily activity independently
- Track results and stay accountable to individual and agency production goals
- Collaborate virtually with the team on outreach, strategy, and customer experience

Sales experience is preferred but not required. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $35,000–$45,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission and performance bonuses

Licensing Requirements
You must be able to obtain:
- Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 20-44)
- Florida Life & Health Insurance License (2-15)
Existing insurance experience and licenses are welcome but not required.
