Job Details

Overview
We are seeking a driven Acquisitions Analyst to source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities. This role focuses on outbound outreach, market research, and relationship-building with property owners and brokers to generate deal flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to property owners and brokers
  • Build relationships with property owners, managers, and other targets
  • Conduct 25 initial calls / week
  • Conduct 5-10 follow up calls / week
  • Speak with 5+ brokers / week
  • Identify and qualify acquisition opportunities through research and prospecting
  • Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems
  • Utilize tools such as CoStar, LoopNet, and public records to source leads
  • Collaborate with internal partners to advance deals through the pipeline
  • Track activity, follow-ups, and performance metrics

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Highly organized with experience managing high-volume outreach
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, DealNav) and Microsoft Office
  • Skilled in market research and data sourcing tools
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
